Lady's & Gentlemen - I've come to realize that I have a problem. I have a lot of thoughts that go through my head that I need to get out, or people think I'm crazy. Now I already laugh to myself on the regular and people look at me strange, not that I really care, but they do. So now, at least some will know what I'm laughing about...
With that being said - let's go...
So do you remember when you used to go to fast food chains (they will remain nameless for the time being) and you would get a combo meal and it you wanted a "Lil bit more" so you would "Super-Size it", "King-Size it", "Go Big" or whatever the particular catch phrase was at that establishment? Well that was mainly for growing (or greedy) people. But now it has turned into a national habit - To make it a norm for the Medium sized meal to consist of a small sandwich, a large (usually too salty) fries, and a gallon drink. Now that may not sound too bad, but when you think of the factors this food may have on your health and weight, it's not such a good idea...
Think about it - 1st it's all fried, potatoes can easily pack on the pounds, throw that "Lil bit" of salt on there, and by "Lil bit" I mean a whole "shaker-full"...
So Your cholesterol is going sky high.
But that's not enough, is it... After eating all this food and getting mad thirsty, you want something to drink. Yeah, you could go healthily and get the non-carbonated stuff, or you could just drink a 1 pound bag of sugar - you decide.
Now - Please don't think I'm bashing Any/All fast food chains, actually I eat there too often if you ask me, I'm just blessed with a fast metabolism. The only thing I'm saying, is be cautious of what you eat and try to eat something green every now & again. For your sake and your loved ones...
